As a biker, I personally enjoy the many benefits of riding, such as time to think, listen to music, or enjoy the scenery, cheat traffic, and park wherever I want. I also enjoy how relatively low-impact it is, since running and other activities are so jarring. But then, I got to thinking, is biking really good for your joints? The obvious answer is yes, but is anyone considering the ridiculous impact crashing provides?! I would imagine that long-term, biking is kinder to joints. But that moment of impact sure does a lot of damage. Just sayin’.
