Song of the Day: Ride Alone by Of the Valley

Today I had the pleasure of listening to “Ride Along,” the first single by Canadian singer-songwriter Brian DellaValle (performing as Of the Valley.) DellaValle wrote, arranged and performed the piece himself, but the Bon Iver-esque sound made me think otherwise. “Ride Along” is an incredibly full-sounding track with several instruments and longing vocals layered over each other. Truly a beautiful and emotive song, and one of the best debut singles I’ve heard. Check it out below or on the Of the Valley Soundcloud page!
